You can get your purchase everywhere in the world as you are buying a printable PDF product!
You just need an active e-mail address for the product to be "delivered"! If you can't find our emails please check you spam box and mark our emails as safe!
Non-digital Products
Our non-digital products are shipped world-wide and you should get your parcel within 7-15 days. You will also be provided with a tracking code/link to track your parcel: just remember to provide an accurate and valid shipping address!

Digital Products
Your purchase will be delivered through your e-mail address and will be also available in your PaperSceneLove account : Menu > My Account > Downloads. If you can't find our emails please check you spam box and mark our emails as safe! If you are having trouble with the download, please let us know through our contact form or social media pages, and I'll help you solve the problem!
Non-digital Products
Our non-digital products are made on demand, which means that when you make a purchase the product will be created just for you! We ship world-wide and you should get your parcel within 7-15 days. You will also be provided with a tracking code/link to track your parcel. However, if you don't get the parcel within15 days, contact with us within no more than 20 days from the purchase date, and we will help you solve the problem.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND
The order won't be refundable any more once the digital product has been downloaded. If you are having problems with your order you can always contact us directly through our contact form or our social media pages: we'll be ready to help you solve the issue!
NON-DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your product you can send it back to us:
Send us an email explaining why you want to return the product and we will provide you an address for the return.
The product must be in brand new conditions*, and well packed.
Please notice that the shipping costs for the return is on you and will not be refunded.
Once the product has arrived at our facility we will evaluate the condition of the product and will process the refund. Notice: only the price of the product will be refunded - shipping cost paid at the moment of the purchase is not refundable.
*NON-DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND (DAMAGED PRODUCTS)
If you receive defective or damaged products, contact us as soon as you get the product, and in any case within no more than 14 days after receiving the product and provide us with the pictures of the product and the package clearly showing the damage. We will evaluate your request.
We reserve the right to examine your request and evaluate if a refund should be processed for each specific case.
